1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the mcw mission platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, placing bets, or playing any game, the user is considered to have fully accepted these terms.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly mcw mission rewards, Weekend Bonanza, Cricket Festival Bonus, Birthday Special Gift, and Refer a Friend mcw mission Play — each promotion has its own rules and wagering requirements. All bonuses are personal and applicable once per account.

• Bonuses cannot be claimed using multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds can only be used within the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be cancelled.

6 Game Rules and Code of Conduct

6.2 Technical Issues

7 Account Suspension and Closure

mcw mission reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Multiple accounts found under the same person's name.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• At the direction of authorities or for legal reasons.

Before an account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (subject to wagering requirements being met); however, in cases of fraud all balances may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

mcw mission is not liable for any financial loss, loss of profit, or indirect damage arising from use of the platform. Participation in games is a voluntary personal decision and the user is solely responsible for the outcome.

We are not liable for losses caused by technical faults, errors in third-party game software, or communication disruptions. However, we will always endeavour to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount deposited by the relevant user in the last 30 days.
